Terms of Service
Last updated October 16, 2026
This is a draft for a prototype. Trinzee is a product prototype. Balances, cards and payments are simulated; nothing in it is real money, a bank account, or a payment instrument. These terms will be rewritten with a lawyer before any real financial feature launches.
1. Your account
You need to be at least 18 to use Trinzee. Keep your password private and your email address current; it is how we confirm it is you. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account.
2. Groups
Anyone you add to a group can see that group’s payments, including each person’s share. Organizers can set spending rules, invite and remove members, freeze the group card and close the group. By paying with a group card you confirm the people you include agreed to split that cost.
3. Balances and payments
Your balance is yours. A group payment only goes through when every person included can cover their share; otherwise it is declined and nobody is charged. Trinzee is not a bank and does not pay interest. In this prototype, adding money, withdrawing, and paying are all simulations with no real funds.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use Trinzee for anything illegal, to harass people, to split costs with people who have not agreed to it, or to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
5. Our service
We may change or shut down features, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms. We provide the prototype as-is, without warranties, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use beyond what the law requires.
6. Changes
We’ll post updates to these terms here with a new date. Continuing to use Trinzee after a change means you accept it.
